Refund policy

We provide a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with any labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@ajenterprise.eu. Please do not send anything back before we confirm the return and provide return instructions. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items and gift cards. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal can expire once the seal has been removed. Contact us if you are unsure whether an exception applies.

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If goods are shipped to a consumer in the European Union, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. The withdrawal must be communicated clearly to us within the applicable period.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the refund, contact us at info@ajenterprise.eu.
