Our Story
Sport has been part of my life since childhood. Football, swimming, martial arts and gymnastics taught me early on how important movement, discipline and personal development can be.
Even as life brought new priorities, my interest in fitness, nutrition and wellbeing remained. During training, I repeatedly met people who wanted to make better choices but found it difficult to navigate the wide range of products and information available.
In October 2024, I founded A&J with a clear goal: to offer carefully selected supplements and training equipment, supported by clear and transparent product information.
Our range includes protein products, creatine, pre-workout, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and collagen. Each product page provides information about ingredients, use, storage and important notices so you can make an informed choice.
